Shipping:
Parts include bars, accessories, nut, bolts and anchors. They could be packaged in a single box on palette or packaged in small boxes.
Pick up are allowed. One dome set requires a pick up truck, more dome would require a bigger capacity truck or trailer.
We deliver worlwide and focusing more on North America. We offer land and sea options.
While shipping by sea, all packaging will be palatalised in wooden boxes.
Lead times vary depending on the dome quantity, on avg. we ship most orders within 9-12 weeks.

Low Maintenance:
The dome shape gives strength to the structure and does now allow rain or snow to accumulate. It may collect tree branches and twigs. A strong pressure wash is all you need to maintain your Dome cover.
2-Year Warranty:
All structures pass though a testing phase and a guaranteed to withstand harsh weather despite such claims we promise to support our structures.
We offer 1 year warrant for all structural parts. We offer replacement upon availability.
All bends, discolorations, missing parts, damaged parts will be covered as long as they were not damaged on site or while in use.
Wear and tear is not covered.
